Complementary & alternative medicines
Complementary and alternative medicines (CAMs) are becoming more prevalent and widely used in healthcare with approximately 30 percent of adults and 12 percent of children utilizing these approaches. CAMS may be incorporated in adjunct to traditional medical practices or as an alternative. They include aromatherapy, meditation, acupuncture, yoga, massage, hypnosis, spiritual healing and Reiki, among many others.
Boundless Breath offers complementary and alternative medicines to further enhance the mind, body, emotion, and spirit connection, promoting a deeper energetic healing.
Reiki creates a sense of peace and well-being, energizes the mind and body, increases relaxation while relieving stress, reducing anxiety, pain, and discomfort. Reiki supports the self-healing capacity of the body. It balances out the body’s energy centers, or chakras, and the glands of the endocrine system so the body can more effectively heal itself.

The combination of yoga and breathwork has been shown to help move past emotional and energetic blocks, which hinder the flow of your life force/energy. Additionally, they assist with decreasing pain, relaxing muscles, decreasing stress, while yoga asana further improves strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga can enhance a person’s use of breath, stamina and energy to assist with resilience to daily stressors.
